Dr. Salvatore Biazzo
University of Nevada, Las Vegas - Gender Care Team
Dr. Biazzo earned his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2001, providing care to the LGBTQ+ community. He joined UNLV in 2007 and is currently the Senior Staff Physician of the Student Health Center and Faculty/Staff Treatment (FAST) Center. He has addressed healthcare disparities within the UNLV community by developing the UNLV Student Wellness Transgender Care Team and providing ongoing cultural competency training for the Student Wellness Center Staff. He has promoted Best Practices Guidelines for LGBTQ+ healthcare not only at UNLV but on the state level through his participation in the Nevada Minority Health and Equity Coalition and the Nevada Gender Affirming Healthcare Project. Dr. Biazzo is also a physician member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

Kristen Enos
University of Nevada, Las Vegas - Gender Care Team
Kristen Enos is an I.T. Support person for the UNLV Student Wellness Center's EHR System. Kristen is also a LGBTQ+ activist and writer (Active Voice: The Real Life Adventures of An Asian-American, Lesbian Feminist, Lambda Literary Award Finalist).

Dr. Christina Patterson (they/she)
University of Nevada, Las Vegas - Gender Care Team
Dr. Christina Patterson (they/she) is a licensed psychologist in Nevada and New Mexico and holds an E-Passport via PsyPact. They are currently a staff psychologist at Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In their position at CAPS, they are a member of the Gender Care Team, co-lead the LGBTQ+ support group, and developed and supervise an LGBTQ+ training rotation for the psychology doctoral internship training program. Dr. Patterson is a Past President of APA’s Division 44, Society for the Psychology of Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity and is currently completing their World Professional Association for Transgender Health Care (WPATH) certification.
