Cultural humility in healthcare is an approach that emphasizes ongoing self-evaluation, reflection, and learning to provide respectful and effective care for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. It involves recognizing and addressing power imbalances, acknowledging one's own limitations in understanding other cultures, and committing to continuous personal and professional growth.

The organization specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion training and consultation, offers psychotherapy services, and conducts forensic evaluations. She has lived in Las Vegas since 2018 and has been practicing as a mental health professional for more than a decade.
