Mission
The Touro University Nevada Medical Journal Club provides a setting for future clinicians to critically analyze medical literature and develop the foundational skills for evidence-based clinical practice. By systematically examining and collectively appraising pertinent medical research, members will gain an appreciation for statistical and epidemiological concepts for analysis of primary literature.

Membership Benefits
Members are invited to regular critical appraisal meetings to evaluate articles in the current academic literature. These meetings will also be attended by knowledgable professors or professionals in the field who can help guide the group discussion. Additionally, members have the opportunity to get involved in any TOUCH point approved volunteer events at least once per semester.
